it turned out great. I used 6 onions with olive oil so we had plenty of sautéed onions.I cook them for a while to get them caramelized to the families liking.
A 2.5lb london broill grilled on high heat for 7.5 minutes each side came out perfecty. baked potatoes with butter,sour cream and shredded cheese with a little room for a side salad, made this meal an absolute hit in my house
