- 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder (haldi)
- 1 tsp. red chili powder
- red chili flakes (optional adjust to your liking)
- 1 tsp. italian seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. fresh coriander (finely chopped)
- salt (to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 6 slices provolone cheese (Any cheese of your choice)
- 6 slices bread (I used Rye Bread)
- chutney (Spread - Fresh Green Coriander)
- butter-margarine blend (Pan frying or Grilling Sandwich, optional)
