Description
This simple sandwich is perfect for the summer. You only need 8 ingredients and 30 minutes to bring it all together. Cooking the sausages on the grill means you don't have to stand in a hot kitchen over the stove in the stiffling summer heat. The sausages are topped with barbecue sauce and mozzarella cheese then served on a bun with mustard, lettuce, tomato, and pickle for a perfect summer bite.

- 2 sausages
- 4 Tbsp. barbeque sauce
- 2 slices mozzarella (or other melting cheese)
- lettuce
- tomato (sliced)
- pickles
- prepared mustard
- 2 rolls (bread)

Directions
- Cut the rolls in half and heat.
- Slice the sausages in half horizontally and prick with a fork. Fry in a pan and blot to remove excess grease.
- Spread each roll with 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce. Place the sausage in the sandwich and drizzle with barbeque sauce. Place the cheese on top and broil until melted.
- Spread with mustard and layer with lettuce, tomato, and pickle. Tope with the other half of the roll and serve.
