Super tasty. Subbed honey for the mollases and my husband and i loved it.

I did change some things. It was very cold and windy out,so I stayed inside and fixed this in a 470 degree oven.
I used a pan that has ridges in the bottom so as to keep it somewhat elevated. I did have the oven preheated and
the stove top was on high to start getting the pan hot before I put the salmon in I baked it at the same times
that you had listed. I even put the glaze on with 2 minutes to go. It was wonderful !!!!!!!!!!!!
Other than these changes, the next time I would use a little less molasses and the last 2 minutes I would put it
right beneath the broiler to add a little crust to it.
