When I think “Salsa”, I think tomato. Not anymore! The Strawberry Jalepeno Salsa was delicious and complimented the grilled salmon superbly. Delicious and easy to follow recipe.

Have made this a few times, really enjoy the combination of jalapenos & strawberries and how it tastes with the Salmon!

I baked the salmon instead and it was delicious, a super easy and super loved recipe, will definitely make again.

It turned out great!!! Did not put as much of the jalapeño peppers since the kids don’t like it too spicy. It was great. Important to get a good cut of Salmon. Do not overcook.
