- 1 avocado (sliced)
- 1/2 red onion (small, sliced)

I really enjoyed the flavor. The avocado salsa was a bit too heavy on the onion but that is easily adjusted for next time.

Seriously delicious!! The rub alone is so great then when you add the avocado mixture it brings out such great flavors. I’ve made it many times and everyone loves it.

This is my go-to salmon recipe. My husband and I eat this almost once a week. it's delicious!!
