- 2 cups rice noodles (cooked, or glass noodles)
- 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
- 2 Tbsp. green onions (chopped)
- 1 1/2 cups lentils (cooked or canned, drained and rinsed)
- 2 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
