This was great. Loved the rosemary in the marinade. Served with a salad and corn on the cob.

Good! I marinated the mushrooms for around a half hour, and the flavour really soaked in (too much according to one of my partners!). I grilled them on a charcoal grill for 3.5 minutes on each side.

This was just ok. I was expecting more from the dish. Maybe more of the meat feel but didn’t do it. Still made a good meal but will keep search for other good portobello mushers recipes

Simple, sweet, tangy & zippy!
Grill those portobellos as long as you can bottom-up to help keep those juices inside! Flip them over on the grill for another minute and serve! This marinade is slightly different from what I usually do, and I like it!
