Delicious!! Bought regular store bought pork chops in a package at a nearby grocery store. Used the stove, eyeballed the seasoning on the pork chops. Came out delicious! The sauce was good too. Just dipped the pork chops in a bowl of the sauce instead of brushing it . (I dont have a brush, need one lol)

I’m not the biggest fan of pork but this was delicious! Easy recipe to make with minimal prep and cook time. Will make again.

the pork chop seemed too dry. perhaps it was too thick, it was a butterfly cut. the sauce was quite good.

I rated this only at a 3 because I “grilled”them under the broiler of my stove. But if they had been grilled on a barbecue I’m sure they would’ve been almost a 5! The flavour was very good and the glaze turned out great! And surprisingly they were still fairly tender. I recommend using your barbecue to appreciate the flavour fully!
