- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. lemon zest
- 6 oz. pepperoni slices
- 5 tomatoes (small, fresh, sliced thin, I use Campari tomatoes.)
- fresh oregano leaves (and flowers to taste.)
- sea salt (Course, to taste. I used pink Himalayan.)
