turned out awesome the whole family loved it. I served with side of zucchini tomatoes and red onion also flat bread season with olive oil and herbs

i used a cast iron instead of grill, because i was too impatient to wait for charcoal to be just right. was perfection, my two year old and my husband both loved it. served with tricolor rotinio ali olio with basil
