if you havebt haf peruvian chicken you need to asap! we had it at a restaurant ran by a couple from peru and this recipe is VERY close to their chicken. we slow roast it on our charcoal grill to mimic how its traditionally cooked slow roasted on a spit over charcoal. so good!
