- 1 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil (optional)
- 1 bunch cilantro (1/2 cup)

- 1 sweet potato (peeled and sliced)
- 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil (or coconut oil)

- 1/4 cup cashew flour (ground raw cashew)
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup millet (Cooked, or use cooked quinoa or a Tbsp cashew flour)
- 1 Tbsp. red pepper (chopped, or canned pimientos)
- 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp. onion flakes
- 1/2 tsp. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt (or to taste)
- 1 pinch black salt (kala namak)
- 1/4 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 pinch garlic powder (cayenne powder and mustard powder)
- 1 Tbsp. tapioca starch
- 1 slice bread (: I used Rye Almond Loaf Slices.)
