Description

Consider this recipe as an idea more than a blueprint for preparing mushroom caps, and other tender vegetables such as eggplant and zucchini (cut into thick slices). Chopped fresh parsley and minced garlic cloves are excellent flavor boosters, along with a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil if desired.
