This was super delicious. The meat is very flavorful and the freshness of the yoghurt sauce really balances things out. For the sauce, we left out the dill and used regular yoghurt instead of Greek which resulted in a slightly more watery/thinner texture compared to Greek yoghurt. Will definitely make this on a regular basis from now on!
