I baked this chicken, and used minced garlic from Costco as I was without access to a food processor. The modified directions for baking in the oven went great! So much flavor in this!

loved it! amazing! as soon as the marinade was made I knew it was going to be delicious. we made Toum- lebanese garlic sauce to go with it.

Good flavor. Will let it marinate longer and will definitely have it with the tzatziki sauce next time.

it was very good. reminded me of a brighter taco flavored chicken. very juicy when marinated for 24 hours

Grilled Moroccan chicken was awesome! What a fresh and flavorful change from what I usually do with chicken . Since it's the middle of winter here and the grill is under a foot of snow,I used my grill pan on the stove to cook it. It was perfectly moist and delicious. For the vegetables I skipped the skewers and roasted them on a sheet pan in the oven! I liked the tzatziki sauce too!

this was loaded with so many awesome flavors! Its easy to make and most of the ingredients are already in your kitchen!!! Great served with warm/toasted Naan bread, steamed saffron rice and grilled cherry tomatoes...MMMMMM!

Oh my gosh! We made this for dinner tonight and it was so good I want to have it again tomorrow night. This is definitely going into our family meal rotation.

Oh my YUM! This was a hit with my family, adults and kids. I did puree the marinade a bit long so it looked like green goo. We just called it green chicken! I will definitely be making this in the future!! I used the whole bunch of both parsley and cilantro to make a double batch -- one to cook at home and one for my sister to cook at her house. Next time, I'm going to try the cook one and freeze one for later.
