Super easy recipe. Don't know why I never thought of marinating potatoes before grilling them!

Easy and incredibly delicious!! As I was grilling my London broil and my zucchini, the potatoes were easy on the side. Quick marinate with a yummy end!! Next time I'll try fresh herbs and let it sit a little longer. So easy it was ridiculous!!
