Excellent. Cooked it on the gas grill. Didn't have a lemon for the butter so used bottled lemon juice and lemon pepper.

It was delicious. The last cook time was a little high. I checked at 3 min and it was past done but still amazing. I melted butted in microwave (didn’t bother/take the time to “clarify” it) and dipped it in That. It was expensive to mk. That’s the only thing.
