  • 0.75 oz. roquefort (quality, plus a little extra for crumbling)
  • 2 heads little gem lettuce
  • 1 handful cherry tomatoes
  • 3 slices bacon (Nueske's, Note: Nueske's bacon is smoked, has a slightly thicker cut, and I pick it up from our local butcher. A quality applewood smoked bacon would be a fine substitute.)
  • red onions (Thinly sliced pickled or raw)
