- 3/4 cup plain yogurt (omit for vegan option)
- 1 cup low fat shredded mozzarella cheese (OR 1 cup Tofutti brand vegan cream cheese, for vegan option, see notes below)
- Cholula Hot Sauce (or your favorite hot sauce)
