Somewhat difficult to get the garlic/butter/lemon mixture to stick while grilling but still tasted great

Used an heirloom zucchini and magic happened! Took an incredibly hot grill to carmelize but it was so well worth it!

Delicious!! Will cook many summer veggies this way - great veggie Kabob-using zucchini, yellow squash, shrooms & cherry tomatoes! Enjoy!!

It had a stronger lemon flavor than I really wanted. If I made this again, it would definitely need less lemon.

It was excellent! I didn't have fresh parsley so just used dried parsley and it was still amazing! My picky kid also loved it. Definitely repeating this!
