Came out great but needed more spice than recipe calls for. The charcoal flavor from grill really makes this a great go to dish. Will definitely add some other spice to it next time.
UPDATE: let tilapia defrost then added melted garlic-butter and lemon-pepper seasoning and then charcoal grilled. Came out absolutely FANTASTIC!!!!

Turned out good. Probably needed a little hotter fire on bbq. Taste was subtle. Next time I’ll put a little more lemon and garlic powder. Easy.

Had some lovely bites for dinner. used fresh lemon juice, melted amish butter, and mix of cajun seasonings. Want to try with pecorino & lemon broccoli next time.

It was very moist and so delicious. I served it with additional lemon and also added minced garlic to the lemon garlic butter. I would probably add more lemon juice next time. I did not taste much lemon until I squeezed the lemon on top. Over all, it was really yummy.

Great. Easy and tastes good. The lemon, garlic and pepper mingle very well with the Tilapia. I will use this again.
