  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic (grated or minced)
  • 2 scallions (white and light green parts only, finely chopped, about 40g)

    These were incredible burgers! I made them on the stove top and they turned out amazingly delicious! The kimchi mayo is a treat by itself.
