Delicious! I’m a picky eater so I kind of customized the recipe. I did not use onions or peppers (sorry don’t like biting into them). However, I did use crushed pepper flakes and brown rice instead of white rice. Did not have canned pineapples, so I cut up the cored pineapples i already had. Substituted the berries with a little all spice seasonings. The result: let’s just say everyone cleaned there plates.
I will definitely keep this as a favorite!
