It was super yummy! I would recommend maybe putting a small amount of oil in the pan to prevent the cod from charring but overall it was tasty

We loved this recipe. The marinade was amazing. The advice on how to cook the halibut was perfect. So excited to have a wonderful recipe for halibut.

This is a recipe I will use again. The only change I made was to warm the sauce slightly before basting the fish. The flavour enhanced the fish without overpowering it. The sauce browned the fish quicker than specified so I cooked it a little longer on lower heat.
Moist and delicious.

Don’t think I would make it again. The pan got too hot and really charred both sides and also dried the fish out. Would try again but think oven a better bet for me. Not fond of sauce either.

This came out great! We actually cooked it in a cast iron pan; flipping frequently. Our picky eater rated it a "9000 out of 10- BEST FISH ever!" The halibut came out really moist and with a perfectly balanced flavor. This marinade would also be wonderful on Salmon, Chicken, or Pork. My only suggestion is to double the recipe, so that there can be some extra sauce to drizzle on veggies, or rice. Thanks so much for posting this. We will definitely be adding it into our menu rotation.
