Wow. Delicious. I deconstructed this recipe and used the browned seasoned lamb for lettuce wraps with cucumber sauce, tomatoes, and pickled radishes

Very tasty and easy to make. served with cucumber sauce and cucumber tomato salad with Naan bread! less than 40 mins for everything! will certainly do again!

This is one of our weekly meals now. I have to double the recipe because my three sons and husband eat it all up. I love the tip on not to over mix the meat. It really helps to keep moist!
