  • 2 pounds chicken breasts (feel free to use any part of the chicken you wish to use for this recipe)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons minced garlic (or chopped)
  • limes (Fresh squeezed, I used 3 small limes)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (I prefer to use Kosher salt but feel free to use what you have)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar (this can be an optional ingredient but it does offset the salt nicely)
  • 1 bunch cilantro (this was approximately ¾ cup when chopped)
