- 2 lb. chicken breasts (feel free to use any part of the chicken you wish to use for this recipe)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. minced garlic (or chopped)
- limes (Fresh squeezed, I used 3 small limes)
- 1/2 tsp. salt (I prefer to use Kosher salt but feel free to use what you have)
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. sugar (this can be an optional ingredient but it does offset the salt nicely)
- 1 bunch cilantro (this was approximately ¾ cup when chopped)
