I need to cut the eggplant thicker and master how to season everything evenly, but all in all it taste good

Pretty tasty! Easy instructions. Eggplant still was a bit soft and mushy, but that's the nature of eggplant I think. I grated parmigiano reggiano over the grilled eggplant to finish. Served with grilled cherry tomatoes and halloumi cheese.
