Description

- 200 grams couscous
- 1 red onion
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1 tsp. butter oil
- black soy sauce (Japanese sauce: the Kikkoman brand is ideal because it is not too salty)

Directions
- Boil water.
- In a shallow plate, pour the couscous and pour the boiling water over it (the water should just cover the semolina). Cover the plate and let the couscous absorb the water (at leat 10 minutes). Fluff using a fork.
- Soak the raisins in a little bit of warm water.
