Was very good, I use Cilantro instead of Parsley and made Spanish rice to go with it. I also changed lemon to lime. Thanks

Found this a little light on flavour. So I followed it for cooking the fish & then used a separate recipe for a sauce to put on the fish after it was done. I like that this was cooked on the BBQ.
