Unbelievably yummy! Rare is the way to go. I wish we were told how many ounces the tuna steak was. I just bought a small one and I find it hard to believe it’s 900 calories. The last steak I cooked was huge in comparison but it lasted me for 4 meals. The steak I have in the fridge now is half the size of the first one.

I would use less lime - I will try and halve the lime and use 3/4 of the cilantro next time. This was very good and easy to make.

The soy taste came through a little heavier than we hoped for. It kinda overpowered the other flavors. That didn't stop my husband from eating it all up though. Next time I would decrease the amount of soy sauce.

This recipe is fantastic! I used a cast iron skillet which made a beautiful crust on the Tuna. The avocado and reduction compliment each other very well. Bravo

Just made it, oh nelly! It was tasty!! Doubled it to make two, served with sautéed carrots. Will make again without a doubt!
