FANTASTIC. I marinated the fish in a blend of melted coconut oil, dried onions, fresh garlic, a scampi blend seasoning, garlic salt, a blend of white and black pepper, and tangerine juice. Hubby, Keith, seared the fish on the grill, then put it in a foil wrap (open on top) and cooked it through. Soooooooooooo good!!! (Used the leftover marinade to cook the fish in.)

I love this recipe! It's easy & the halibut turns out fabulous! I do have to cook it longer than the recipe says, but it could be the thickness of my halibut.
