- 1/2 lime
- 1 tsp. ghee (can be replaced with melted butter)
- salt (to taste)
- 1 tsp. ginger paste (see notes)
- cucumber (Finely diced)
- 1/3 cup greek yogurt
- 1/4 tsp. cumin seeds
- 1 Tbsp. goats cheese (can be replaced with sour cream)
- 3 potatoes (medium sized, skinned and cut into cubes)

- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. olive oil (good quality)
