  • 2 chicken breasts halved (horizontally)
  • 4 whole wheat rolls (halved horizontally - NOT IN ORIGINAL INGREDIENT LIST)
  • 2 1/2 ounces arugula
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tomatoes (sliced)
  • 4 tablespoons honey mustard sauce

    Directions

    1. Heat oil in a nonstick frying pan, add meat and sauté for 2-3 mins on each side until cooked through. Work in batches, if necessary. Fill rolls with arugula, mayonnaise, chicken and tomatoes. Drizzle with honey-mustard sauce and serve.
