    turned out pretty good in the end. instructions are a bit confusing but I got there. bit too much garlic and salt imo. I couldn't get the chicken breast down to 1/2 inch with the mallet, probably better to butterfly them rather than trying to bash it. Overall good idea though, I especially liked the lentil salad. Although maybe I'd add something green to it to absorb more of the salt from the stock and bacon next time.
