so delicious! marinated the chicken for a few hours and it made it so tender and juicey. it is my hsbsnds new favorite!

Excellent!!! I didn’t have corn so I skipped that and also seasoned my black beans and added a splash of lime juice to the Pico de Gallo! We loved the blend of flavors that come in this dish and the Cilantro Ranch Dressing tops it off!👍

Very good. Everyone loved it. Marinated chicken all day. Made exactly as directly. For the sauce I used ranch dressing and added cilamtro, lime and chopped jalapeño.

Since we have been spending so much extra time at home and we work opposite shifts. I have had the opportunity to cook more and explore different recipes. I saw this recipe and thought; well, well, well. I didn't follow the exact ingredients. I added some family favorites, Sazon, Adobo and a little Avocado dressing to the chicken before grilling it. The concept however is spot on. My kids reaction was; "wow Dad you could work at Chipotle Grill". My wife said nothing, just dove in. devoured her bowl, went for seconds. Then promptly fell asleep in her favorite spot. Later brushing our teeth for bed she said. That was just like being back in Chicago. She is from a Mexican/Colombian family So. WIN!!!
