I might have over salted it (unfortunately) but the butter and lemon on the chicken was absolutely delicious

This butter is seriously good on both the chicken and salmon a few nights later. I actually get cravings for it. Followed recipe exactly.

Delicious! Cooked chicken to 177 degrees f and it was almost overdone. Other than that the recipe was very successful. Will make again!

Delicious and easy recipe. I would definitely recommend. had dinner guests and they also loved it and asked for the recipe.
