Nice subtle kick in the sauce as the butter takes the edge off, I use this to toss bbq'd wings and have done it with a flattened chicken.

These have great flavor! I made them in an open faced way in the oven (thunderstorm spoiled the grilling plan). I baked the chicken for about 15 minutes and added the fresh mozzarella and baked another 15 minutes. I had marinated the chicken with butter, buffalo sauce, and celery salt for 2 days. This was a delicious recipe. The addition of mozzarella with the seasoning was just right. I might add bread crumbs next time. It’s a nice basic recipe that can be adjusted and experimented with. Thanks!

Used Franks Buffalo sauce and sliced mozzarella. Baked. The whole family loved it even my super picky eater.

Yum! My kid loved this and at 14, she doesn’t love much. I ended up baking it, which actually made the chicken very moist. Just put half the sauce in the bottom, then brushed the rest on top. Will definitely make again!

Great! Quick and easy dish. I baked mine in the oven @ 375 for about 40 minutes. I also marinated the chicken the night before with a chicken rub so it was super tender and delicious. For some extra flavor, make more sauce & brush on the inside of the chicken before you put on cheese then put on the outside as indicated. I will definitely be making this again!!

This dish was fantastic...the family loved it. I baked it in the oven and left half of the breasts without the hot sauce so my young daughter that doesn't eat spicy food would be happy. For those I brushed chicken seasoning and melted butter over the top. It came out great!
