- 1 ripe cantaloupe (seeded and cut into wedges)
- prosciutto (sliced paper thin)
- balsamic glaze (for drizzling)

Directions
- Skewer melon wedges; wrap each with a slice of prosciutto.
- Grill, flipping once, 1 to 2 minutes.
- Remove from grill and drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
