    ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!! I have very picky eaters in my family and they all DEVOURED it!!! I have never made anything with avacado because they don't eat it. When I drizzled the balsamic over the top after plating you couldn't tell the difference. I had to use goat mozzarella and even though it doesnt melt the same it still was delicious. only suggestion is to use less ripe avocados so its not as creamy
