Good taste. I used less cayanne than indicated. I really liked the idea of spraying the rub. It worked well. I cooked the tuna to medium (about double the time).

So good! We pan seared it in avocado oil instead of using the grill. We paired it with some mixed greens with a citrus dressing perfect match!
