- 1/2 cup beans (mashed)
- steak (250 grs.)
- salt and ground black pepper
- onions
- chiles
- vegetables
- carrots
- mushrooms
- lettuce
- 2 Tbsp. cotija cheese (may substitute cheddar, crumbled)
- prepared salsa

Directions
- Salt and pepper the steak and cook in a skillet until cooked but soft. Set aside. Cut into small cubes.
- Heat the pita bread in a pan and slice open. Fill with the beans, lettuce, beef, and marinated vegetables. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Serve with salsa on the side.
