Super easy to put together and quick we served it with a side of rice and corn. The freshness of the strawberry salsa was and great compliment to the grilled chicken. My kids even put some of the strawberry juices on the rice and loved it

I've been trying to find recipes other than desserts to use up the strawberries from my garden and this chicken was perfect, it turned out delicious. It was nice & light. It's a perfect dish for a warm summer night.
Next time, I'd use a little less brown sugar in the strawberry salsa because it was pretty sweet. I made the salsa a few hours ahead of time & also marinated the chicken for a few hours instead of the 30 minutes the recipe called for. Other than those things, i wouldn't change anything. I'll definitely be making this again.
