- 2 strips bacon strips (thick cut lean)

- 1 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. coarse ground black pepper

- 1/2 tsp. chili sauce (Heinze, not hot chili sauce)
- 1/4 tsp. sriracha
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. spicy brown mustard
- 1/8 tsp. onion powder
- garlic butter (For Blue Cheese)
- 2 Tbsp. garlic
- butter
- 2 Tbsp. blue cheese crumbles
- 1/2 tsp. Herbs de Provence (*with lavender)
- blue cheese (more, for garnish if desired)
