- 1 1/2 cups coconut milk (shake well)
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef (85 % lean)
- 5 slices bacon (good quality, cooked and chopped)
- 1 red onion (small, peeled and finely diced)
- 1 clove garlic (peeled and minced)
- 4 Tbsp. cilantro (or parsley chopped, 2 Tablespoons reserved for garnish, optional)
- 2 tsp. ground coriander
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs (use gluten free bread crumbs if making the GF version)
- 2 Tbsp. Sriracha (more for garnish)
- 2 bunches asparagus (trimmed)
