Everything was delicious. The only thing is that the dressing was a little salty. I would leave out the salt in the dressing. The soy was enough. Other than that everyone loved the fresh veg. Also, added fresh stir fry veggies.

Oh yes, now we're cooking with gas! BUT... I used leftover cooked Turkey from the Xmas roast rather than raw chicken and I reckon it was way better.... Marinated the cooked Turkey pieces as per the recipe, then fried them hot, crisped up a bit, added a splash of water to moisten it and served with a completely different salad! Epic. The meat sort of fell apart and the flavours were right through it, more than it would have been with raw flesh. The marinade/dressing mix is the key to it. And yes, rice vinegar works better... Thanks to comment below. Mix it up!

I’ve made this a few times and we love it I think it’s better with rice vinegar as opposed to red wine vinegar

Delicious! We drizzle the dressing on and eat the leftovers for lunch the following day. I love this recipe and have added it to the weekly lineup.

This was good but I felt there was too much vinegar in the dressing. Too tangy and took away from all the other good things in the dressing. Next time I will decrease that. I also omitted the green onions as I am not a fan and sesame seeds because I didn't have any. I did add kale because I had some on hand.
