- 4 tart apples (peeled, cored and cut into wedges)
- 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. butter (melted)
- 1/2 cup caramel ice cream sauce
- 1 pt. vanilla ice cream

Directions
- Place the Smart Oven+ Grill Attachment in oven. Select GRILL Mode and preheat Grill to High heat setting.
- Place apples in large bowl and toss with lemon juice. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
- Drizzle with butter and arrange on Grill in single layer. Grill about 5 minutes per side, 10 minutes total. Remove from Grill and divide between 6 bowls.
- To serve, scoop ice cream into bowls with warm apples and drizzle with caramel sauce.
