- 1 asian pear (ripe, or your favorite variety thinly sliced)
- nuts (Caramelized)
- goat cheese rounds (Warm Breaded, 2-3 per salad)
- dressing
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. green onions (finely chopped)
- 1 pinch sea salt
- pepper
- goat cheese (Warm Breaded)
- 8 oz. goat cheese (sliced into ¼” rounds)
- 2/3 cup bread crumbs (with Italian seasoning, I use 365 brand from Whole Foods Market. Gluten free click here)
- 2 egg whites (beaten with a tablespoon of water)
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
