- 5 oz. kale leaves (central vein removed,chopped into 1” pieces, soaked and drained)
- 1/2 cup edamame (shelled cooked)
- 5 Tbsp. mayo (lemon sesame)
- 14 oz. noodles (cooked weight of Asian flour green tea, al dente)
- 6 Tbsp. aioli (Lemon Sesame)
- 4 tsp. tamari (or Japanese soy sauce)
- 2 Tbsp. tobiko
- 4 tsp. black sesame seeds (Toasted)
- 5 oz. smoked salmon (pulled into 1/2-1" pieces)
- 1/2 cup Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. sesame oil (Japanese, Maruhon is my favorite)
- 1 tsp. tamari (or Japanese soy sauce)
- 1 tsp. wasabi paste (fresh, gritty is best*)

Excellent! my husband loved it (he's a chef of 40 years so I'm impressed). I fried sesame seeds with the greens as i didnt had sesame oil and the sesame flavour still came through beautifully.
