- 1 medium onion
- 5 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 bell peppers (diced)
- 3 jalapenos (minced this makes a medium hot salsa, adjust to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. cumin (dried)
- 3 Tbsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. fresh oregano (heaping, chopped halve if using dried)
- 6 Tbsp. fresh parsley (heaping, or cilantro, chopped halve if using dried)
- 2 tsp. black pepper
- 6 Tbsp. bottled lime juice

I like love the flavors the cumin is a little different ,it’s a great way not to waste this little green tomatoes left over . Thanks for the recipe, Patricia in South Carolina
